The internet is reliable and fast, the parking garage is clean with assigned gated parking, and the basic cable has a lot of good channels.I feel very safe in the building there is security in all of the entry areas and the residents are very nice.The gym and pool are currently closed but for me that has not detracted from the experience of living here due to the location and the view. I also like the on site store and restaurant which are great conveniences.Other amazing benefits are that as of this writing water, parking, basic cable and internet are free. The Venetian Islands are right next door so one can can walk and ride bikes with ease. The location is such a benefit, having a park right across the street and the ability to walk to stores. I love my apartment and the view from the balcony is amazing. The security and other staff that work in the building are very courteous and professional. The office staff made my move easy and were available to answer any questions that I had.
I just moved in a few weeks ago and my experience so far has been wonderful.
